Terms and Conditions
All pets must be fully vaccinated and certificates presented on arrival or emailed beforehand – C5 or F3
All boarding fees are charged per night providing you collect before 11am. For all afternoon collections between 2 and 5pm there is an additional night boarding fee with the option to collect the following morning at no extra cost. For a Friday or Saturday short one night booking there is a minimum 2 day charge regardless of am or pm collections. All other night stays are charged for one night unless you request a pm collection. For all telephone and online bookings you will receive a confirmation email with our details and a request for a non refundable deposit of $30. The deposit is for stays 3 nights or longer only.
An invoice will be issued and details confirmed at drop off. Please ensure that your dates are correct as there are no refunds given for early collections. We can always extend the stay if required.
If medications are to be administered during your pet/s stay, you must provide adequate written details of dosage, how to administer and any potential side effects. Advise staff of any existing ailments or injuries.
Whilst your pet/s is in our care, they will be housed in safe hygienic fully enclosed private indoor quarters, fed twice per day and exercised under supervision a minimum of 4 times per day in an individual or a shared secure grass yard.
The owners or their employees shall not be liable for your pet/s contraction of any canine or feline viruses, any injury or loss of life whether by sickness, accident, flea, tick or snake bite or otherwise.
If the said dog/cat requires veterinary attention, the owner hereby authorizes the Clyde River Pet Lodge (CRPL) staff to engage the services of a veterinary surgeon. All costs associated with engaging the veterinarian will be paid for by the owner including but not limited to the cost of any medicines, drugs, operations, out of pocket expenses and any other costs associated with said engagement.
If the said dog or cat is not collected within 14 days from the original date of collection, and no communication or payment is received from the owner/agent, authority is granted to the CRPL to organize pet repatriation.
It is acknowledged that these conditions and consents will apply in regards to future/subsequent bookings unless varied in writing.
You acknowledge that you have read and understood the above terms and conditions and understand that your pet/s will only be discharged to you providing full payment is made prior to or upon collection.
