Your dogs and cats will have their own private quarters inside, with underfloor heating to keep them warm and cosy in the chilly winter nights, we provide all toys, trampoline bedding and blankets but you are more than welcome to bring along anything to use with their stay.

If your pet has any special needs, such as meds, dietary, or are just elderly and need that extra TLC, we are happy to discuss and provide that extra care whilst they stay with us

Vaccinations

We require to sight a current dated vaccination certificate for your pet(s) on arrival for boarding.

• Dogs: C5

• Cats: F3 or F4

An acceptable record history of vaccination must be evident. 

Veterinary Care

If for any reason we decide that your pet requires veterinary attention we would do this with your own veterinarian. However in a situation where your vet is not obtainable we refer to our local vet of call.

Feeding

We feed premium brand dogfood including Advance™ for large and small breeds, Optimum, Supercoat and Ecopet™ natural health meat roll twice daily, morning and afternoon.

For our cat guests we use only premium brand cat foods including Hills™, Advance™ Optimum and Royal Canin™.

We are more than happy to feed any special dietary requirements should this be required.

Exercise

Dogs are exercised under supervision a minimum of four times daily in a varied choice of our large, secure grassed yards adjoining the kennel. Where possible, this time can be used for socialisation skills and playtime. We offer additional evening private bush or beach walks as an extra during the daylight saving months.

Dog Healthcare

We offer hydrobathing and strip out service during your pet stay with us to include nail treatment, ear cleaning and de-matting. For short stays book a stay, play and spa treatment at time of booking to secure a time slot.

We can only offer this service for pets during their stay, please discuss your preferred needs at booking and drop off time if you have not pre booked.

Our vet nurses and experienced staff will administer all of your pet medication needs at no additional charge, be sure to give clear instruction at time of drop off.
